Preventive Maintenance Services

We'll proactively reach out to schedule your preventive maintenance visits. For HVAC tune-ups, we recommend spring (before summer) and fall (before winter). Plumbing inspections are typically scheduled in spring or fall. You'll receive advance notice and can choose appointment times that work best for your schedule.

No! Preventive maintenance is included at no additional cost with Complete and Premium plans. There are no service call fees, no deductibles, and no hidden charges. The only exception would be if the technician discovers an issue that requires repair—those would be covered under your normal warranty terms.

That's the value of preventive maintenance! If a problem is discovered, the technician will explain the issue and recommended solution. If repairs are needed and covered by your warranty, you'll pay your normal service call fee ($75 for Essential, $60 for Complete, $0 for Premium). This catches problems early before they become expensive emergencies.

Your plan includes the specified number of annual preventive maintenance visits (1 HVAC tune-up for Complete, 2 HVAC tune-ups + 1 plumbing inspection for Premium). If you'd like additional maintenance beyond what's included, contact us for pricing and scheduling options.

While we recommend being home to discuss findings with the technician, it's not always required. For HVAC tune-ups where the equipment is accessible from outside, you may not need to be present. For plumbing inspections that require interior access, someone 18+ should be home. We'll coordinate details when scheduling your appointment.
